Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or if there is an inaccuracy with your order (wrong item, missing parts, etc.), we may, at our sole discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
To be eligible for consideration:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Please take clear photos and/or videos of the package, the shipping label, and the damaged or incorrect item immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us at info@tonydotson.com with your order number and the supporting photos/videos.
We will review your request and supporting evidence. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Important Notes:
- We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video or taking multiple photos as soon as your package arrives. This helps us resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
- All refunds and replacements are at our sole discretion.
- Items must be returned in their original condition (if a return is required for replacement).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
